The 2025 Team Conference of Shaanxi New Things Biotech ended successfully

The 2025 Team Conference of Shaanxi New Things Biotech ended successfully, under the theme of Unite as One, and Advance Forward Towards Novel Horizons. 

On 20th November 2025, Shaanxi New Things Biotech will have its annual team building. The event was launched with warmth and enthusiasm at a manor that was serene and elegant at the base of the Qinling mountains. The event enabled all the participants to take a temporary break from their busy work routines, relax their body and soul in nature along with enhancing the team spirit and strengthening the collaboration for the future work of collaboration. 

Qinling Mountains have a beautiful cover of leaves in early winter and the air is pure. There were numerous highly developed team collaboration games followed by challenges throughout the activity. All members of the team had a complete participation in the activities with the complete heart, and they communicated a lot of the time, and they supported one another at any instant. The laughing sounds circulated throughout the valleys while the team members developed an unconscious connection of trust by their combined activities. The activities did not only entertain the participants but also ensured that they had learned a strong lesson about the fact that they are united as a single unit, and the wisdom of an individual will shine through the group, and the teamwork will be multiplied. 

Team building is more inviting than a quick breather since it is an integral part of the evolution of corporate culture. As far as Shaanxi New Things Biotech is concerned, due to its inclination towards innovation and expansion into international markets in the field of biotechnology, a credible team is the most precious asset of the company. This expedition to Qinling Mountain was a chance for interdepartmental representatives to raise their mutual awareness, reinforce the ties in their working relationships, and the inception of the concept of " Unity, accountability, and co-creation" were internalized more deeply by employees. It is the belief of Shaanxi New Things Biotech that full human capability can be realized only when people proceed in unison to accomplish the common objectives of the organization. The Shaanxi New Things Biotech team is an indispensable asset to the company as it is the one that sustains the pioneering spirit of the organization and makes sure that its future-oriented goals are not only attained but also exceeded.
